Born to empower you through the force of nature, VARA is an all natural supplement brand that has been formulated based on the ancient Ayurvedic principles that have been mastered and perfected for thousands of years.  Our goal is to ensure that our 100% natural, vegan and gluten-free supplements empower you to realise your VARA “ultimate” self. 

Having partnered with an established team of Ayurveda experts, research institutions and 5th generation Ayurvedic doctors (Vaidyas), we reverse engineered the ayurvedic process to create a unique collection of natural supplements. 

Our supplements are backed by scientific research and created from complex formulas of natural herbs and botanicals.  Furthermore, we ensured that our process created the cleanest Ayurvedic products on the market with the highest efficacy.  We did this by sourcing the cleanest and finest ingredients, blended without any synthetic materials or fillers.  Finally, we put them through a rigorous testing process to certify the highest level of quality. 

Meet our founder

My own journey with Ayurveda started very early on at the age of 6 when I was diagnosed with chronic paediatric bronchitis and other related complications. After many years of visiting doctors and hospitals and following many different conventional treatments my parents came across an Ayurvedic Vaidya who literally saved my life.. Over the course of a year and half he completely restored me back to a healthy child.

 

Fast forward to 4 years ago I had found myself in a poor state of health where after years of strong medications for a variety health and mental conditions, alcoholism and an unhealthy lifestyle led me to retreat back home to India again where I rediscovered Ayurveda. Starting with my first panchkarma and a 3 week long retreat, I began my journey that would lead me to finding my way back to good health both physically and mentally. 

 

This is where VARA was born.. This beautiful ancient wisdom has been hiding in India for thousands of years had to be brought to the rest of the world in a way that is clean, simple and accessible. The ayurvedic way is more and more relevant in our times and can be incorporated into everybody’s day to day life.
